1 General Provisions

pinup is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and pinup.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pinup may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents to verify your identity. Withdrawals and other activities may be suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Always log out after using a public computer or shared device.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

If suspicious activity is detected, pinup may temporarily suspend the account or request additional verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Approved payment methods for depositing funds at pinup are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• Subject to deposit thresholds being met, pinup may request additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements are met.
• pinup reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Withdrawals may be cancelled if multiple accounts are detected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pinup gives new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• After receiving a bonus, the conditions must be met within the specified time limit.
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same device or IP address is not allowed.
• pinup reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on pinup are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by a third party.

• Please read the relevant rules carefully before playing any game.
• Game results may be voided due to technical errors and the wager will be refunded.
• Using any software or system vulnerability to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Playing games using bots or automated software is not permitted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pinup platform:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
